The essential specs and spirit of Waters' guitar are lovingly re-created, and its tone is as big and unique as its namesake's. Features include an ash '50s Tele® body, a maple '62 Custom Tele® neck with rosewood fretboard, vintage-style machine heads, two U.S. special vintage pickups, three-way switching, and an American Vintage '52 Tele® bridge with brass saddles. Like Muddy's guitar, it has 1-10 Fender® amp knobs and Muddy's signature engraved on the neckplate. Our Muddy Waters Telecaster guitar was inspired by the modern blues master's distinctive tone and trusty instrument, and comes in his favorite color-Candy Apple Red. We've recreated all of its essential specs, including the '50s-era Tele body and C-shaped '60s neck; we've even replaced the traditional chrome knobs with vintage amp control knobs-just like Waters did. Other features include Waters' signature on the neckplate and a deluxe gig bag.
